Refund Policy

At AME Physio we have a no refund policy. However, appointments can be rearranged.

AME Physio require 48 hours minimum to change or cancel an appointment. Clients who cancel with less than 48 hours notice will be responsible for 100% of the appointment fee, which must be paid before their next visit.

Exceptional circumstances may be considered for cancelling or rearranging appointments with less than 48 hours notice.
